Cornish Blue is made by Philip and Carol Stansfield with milk from their own farm which sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor. This cheese had a great moment in the spotlight when it was judged Supreme Champion at the 2010 World Cheese Awards - this led to newspaper headlines saying 'Cornish Blue Is The Best Cheese In The World'
Barbers Mature Cheddar is made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and using age-old methods, Barber’s Farmhouse Mature Cheddar has PDO status. Typically matured for up to 12 months, it’s less intense than our vintage cheeses but still full of the flavour and character of traditional farmhouse cheddar. Enjoy its mellow richness in a comforting Pastitsio.

Made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and using age-old methods, it’s typically matured for 18 months. Mild Farmhouse Cheddar is made with West Country milk and using age-old methods. Typically matured for just four months, our Cheddar has a mild but tasty finish. A versatile cheese, it’s equally at home in sandwiches, pasta bakes or on crackers with chutney.
Barbers Red Leicester is made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and just the tiniest amount of the plant dye annatto, which gives it its distinctive russet red colour. Ageing it for around four months results in a smooth and sweet cheese that’s great in a Cauliflower Cheese.
