45 Day Dry Aged Rib on the Bone is a centre piece and talking point for any table with maximum taste and flavour. Rib is characterised by its natural fat covering and succulence from being matured and cooked on the bone. Our Ribs are from native breed, grass-fed cattle from our local farmers then aged in our Himalayan salt-ageing chamber.
