PARCEL FORCE National Delivery

Please place your order 48 hours in advance of your delivery day. Nationwide delivery is available Thursdays Only.
Effective immediately, we regret to inform you that we have made changes to our nationwide delivery policy. In light of increasing courier costs and packaging expenses, we have had to remove the option of free postage for all nationwide orders. As a result, a standard delivery charge of £10.95 will now apply to all orders.
Additionally, please note that there is a cut-off time of 2:30pm for nationwide delivery. Orders received after 2:30pm will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
We understand that this may come as an inconvenience, but by implementing these changes, we can sustain competitive pricing while still ensuring the reliable and efficient delivery of our products to your doorstep.

Our orders have many different ways of reaching their destination, we use external couriers PARCEL FORCE, alongside our own drivers. Tracking is only available for those that are delivered via PARCEL FORCE. Delivery time slots run from 8am until 8pm. When you have completed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is with PARCEL FORCE, you will receive a notification from with your tracking number. PARCEL FORCE will collect from our premises between 3pm-5pm so that we can guarantee once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed on ice and lab tested to withhold up to 48 hours in transit.
On the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a notification via e-mail/text providing you with an hour window for when your parcel will be delivered. This is a guide time. If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place. This is down to the driver’s discretion. Working with our courier partner PARCEL FORCE we are able to provide tracked, safe and contactless delivery.
Individual meat items are vacuum packed, wrapped and then placed into an insulated liner within our packaging boxes. The vast majority of our meat is vacuum packed which helps increase the shelf life of your meat when refrigerated. Once the order is put together within the liner, food-safe ice gels are placed within the box to ensure the meat stays nice and chilled during its journey to you.
Our packaging box is 100% fully recyclable and the ice gels are also recyclable but please check with your local authority.
We also offer a click and collect service from our shop in Cullompton.
