Collection in Store

If you prefer, we also offer a collection service from our Cullompton shop. You can pick up your orders at your convenience from Tuesday to Friday between 7 am and 5 pm, or on Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm. Our friendly team will have your order ready and waiting for you, ensuring a quick and easy pickup experience. Simply place your order, let us know when you’ll be collecting, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Nationwide Delivery: How It Works

At Veyseys, we offer nationwide delivery to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are in the UK. We work with trusted external couriers, such as Parcel Force. Tracking is available for orders delivered via Parcel Force, giving you real-time updates on your order’s progress.

Delivery Time Slots:
Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm. After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. Once your order is completed and handed over to Parcel Force, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number. Parcel Force collects from our premises between 3pm and 5pm, allowing us to guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day after it leaves our production facility.

Delivery Fee:
Our delivery fee of £15.95 reflects our commitment to transparent pricing, ensuring that we charge fairly while maintaining the quality and freshness of our well-priced meat. This fee covers the logistics required to safely deliver your order right to your doorstep, anywhere in the UK.

On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email or text notification with a one-hour delivery window. Please note that this is a guide time. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver will use their discretion to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Packaging

Packaging & Transit:
We take the utmost care to ensure your meat stays fresh during transit. All items are vacuum-sealed and packed on ice. Our packaging has been lab-tested to withstand up to 48 hours in transit, giving you peace of mind that your order will arrive in perfect condition.

Safe & Contactless Delivery:
Thanks to our partnership with Parcel Force, we are able to offer tracked, safe, and contactless delivery nationwide. Your order will be carefully packed in an insulated liner within our 100% recyclable packaging boxes, with food-safe ice gels placed inside to keep everything chilled. The majority of our meat is vacuum-sealed, helping to extend its shelf life when refrigerated.

Even the ice gels are recyclable—simply check with your local authority for recycling options.
