All of our turkeys are dry-plucked and hand-finished to avoid bruising or marking, and are hung in a chilled store for up to 10 days. This traditional method tenderises the meat and enhances the full flavour of the bird. Unlike mass-produced, wet-plucked birds, our preparation methods deliver a rich, old-fashioned flavour and texture.
